I haven’t tried it because I use a more advance program to create my websites (Adobe Dreamweaver) but Intuit websites looks like a fairly easy program (website) to use to create a webpage. http://www.intuit.com/website-building-software/
Dreamweaver is extremely powerful and professional. It’s not hard to learn the basics and there are good tutorials with it and online. It’s reasonably intuitive and preferred by many professional developers (myself included).
Dream Weaver by far as it will start of doing everything for you then as your knowledge increases it will scale up with you.
